Great, you’ve chosen web design. I look forward to working with you on developing a site that fits your blog or business. The next steps will help you get started:
1 Get ready
Consider your web design needs. Do you want help getting started with a blog, do you have an organization that needs a calendar of events, do you plan to sell items? Look at some websites you like — while I’ll design a site that is uniquely yours, it helps to have an idea in advance of what styles you like. Using the form below will give you some things to think about and will provide me with more information so I can come up with a proposal:
After I’ve had time to thoroughly review your information, I’ll provide you with a proposal in writing and we can meet and go over it if you’d like — either via email, Skype, or in person if you are in the Puget Sound area. After we agree on a proposal and complete contracts, I’ll go forward with designing your site.
After I’ve completed your site design, we’ll meet again to review your new site and launch it when you’re ready. I’ll take the time to teach you about adding content and mangaging your site and, if you’ve chosen to have me continue to provide site maintenance, I’ll provide maintenance and updates as necessary.
I have excellent writing skills and a strong command of English — I can provide editing help and write about subjects such as product reviews, health and lifestyle, travel. If you’re an editor visiting the site because you’ve received a query from me, you can learn more about me by visiting my about page. If you’re here because you’re interested in hiring me to write for your blog or publication, please use the form below to provide more information.
